    Liza is a spectacular personal trainer.
    She is warm and welcoming and super comfortable to be around.
    I've always found it hard to feel comfortable in a gym environment and with personal trainers, but Liza understands the process to get healthy and she encourages a slow and steady approach to achieve sustainable results.
    This approach I have found really healthy for my mind and for my body. Through my sessions with her I have found that I feel better and my stress levels are much more manageable.
    Liza has helped me gain an opptomistic view on my body and of my potential to become fit and healthy.
    I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a trainer.
